Meet the Team

Joe has been with Paddock Construction Company since 2010. He has 20 years of knowledge and experience in the pool construction industry. He also worked prior as a master electrician for 13 years. Joe is a Certified Pool Operator and holds certification for OSHA 10/30 and LEAN Construction Planning. He earned a Masters License for electrical in 2001.

Danny has been with Paddock Construction Company since 2018, bringing 30+ years of extensive experience and knowledge of the pool construction industry. Prior to working at Paddock Construction Company, he worked in the pool construction industry as an estimator, project manager, and construction manager. He also owned and operated a pool construction business for 20+ years.

Mark started with Paddock in 2014 in Project Development before becoming a Project Manager. He has 16 years of experience in the commercial pool industry and is a qualifier for Paddock Construction’s Commercial General Contractor and Specialty Pool Builder licenses. Mark is a graduate of Florida State University, where he was an NCAA All American and 5x ACC Champion in swimming. During his early years with Paddock, Mark also competed as a member of the USA Swimming National Team and served as a Vice President on the USA Swimming Board of Directors.

Diane started working at Paddock Construction Company in 2010. As an Executive Secretary for Paddock Construction Company, Diane is an experienced Contract Administrator, Billing Specialist, and Human Resource Manager. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida.

Tara joined Paddock Construction Company in 2021. She has 25 years accounting experience with 12 years specifically in construction accounting. Although she has worked mainly with financials, Tara’s greatest accomplishment is her 17 years of home-schooling her 3 children.

Amy joined Paddock Construction Company in 2023. Prior to working at Paddock Construction Company, she spent 20 years as an administrator in the healthcare industry. Amy graduated from Winthrop University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management.

Tom has been a part of the Paddock team since 1978. He is currently a project development manager and has held positions as an estimator and pool builder as well. Tom is also a Certified Pool Operator and OSHA certified.

TJ joined Paddock Construction Company in 2023 bringing 10 years sales experience to the project development team. He enjoys working on projects to bring them from plans to real life.

Keith joined Paddock Construction Company as a superintendent over 4 years ago. He has worked in the pool and construction industry for 35+ years mostly as a project manager and superintendent. Keith also studied architectural and mechanical engineering.

Joey has been a superintendent at Paddock Construction Company since 2022. Prior to joining Paddock Construction Company, he worked for 7 years as an industrial and commercial plumber.

Frankie has been a superintendent for Paddock Construction Company since 2022. He has several years of pool building experience.
